Getting advice during the covid-19 outbreak

Citizens Advice exists to help the people of our communities when they have problems that cannot be solved on their own. We are a dedicated organisation with a strong connection to our local areas. We are continuing to provide advice services during the current health situation, and will keep updating our service provision as ‘lockdown’ eases.

If you would like to speak to a local advisor, you can call us on 01395 265 070 or 01404 42227 and leave a message on our answerphone. An advisor will then call you back.

You can text ADVICE to 82727 and one of our advisors will call you back. Texts cost 10p plus your normal message fee.
