Universal Credit

Get help applying for Universal Credit. Our Help to Claim service is here to support you through the first stages of your Universal Credit claim. We can help with advice from your first application through to your payment. Help to Claim is a dedicated service from Citizens Advice. It’s free, independent, and confidential.

Benefits Advice

Did you know that we can do a benefits check to see that you are getting everything you are entitled to? This is particularly important if your circumstances have changed, for example if you have lost your job, or your family circumstances are now different. You may be able to get help with your council tax bill depending on your income and savings. Taking ten minutes to talk to us can make a real difference to your income.
