Who We Are
We are an independent charity and part of the national Citizens Advice network, and we provide free, confidential and impartial advice.
We have a dedicated team of 70 staff and volunteers and provide a range of advice services ensuring the 140,000 residents of East Devon can contact us for advice and guidance.
We give people the knowledge and confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever problem they face.
How you can help us
Volunteer with us
Our volunteers are at the heart of all we do.
We’re looking for all sorts of different people for all sorts of roles. Training is provided and it’s a great way to develop your skills. Join us and make a difference for your community! Email us for more details,or read a little more about the roles we have first.
Because every Citizens Advice is an independent charity we rely on the support of people like you.
With a Citizens Advice office in the community people always have somewhere to turn in times of crisis, but the unmet demand for our service is growing. Can you help us to help more people?
