Appealing Benefit Decisions. Quite often, people are denied disability benefits, or any benefits for that matter, which they are in fact entitled to and they are unaware of the fact that you can actually appeal these decisions.
Here is some information on appealing the benefits, in particular those noted below.
PIP – Personal Independence Payment

PIP is extra money to help you with everyday life if you have an illness, disability, or mental health condition. You can get it on top of ESA or other benefits. Your income, savings, and whether you’re working or not don’t affect your eligibility.
DLA – Disability Living Allowance (click link for more Benefit information)

DLA is extra money to help with everyday life if you have a child under 16 who’s disabled or has a health condition.
AA – Attendance Allowance

AA is extra money to help with your care needs. If you’ve reached pension age and you have an illness or disability, you should be able to claim.
ESA – Employment and Support Allowance via ESA50 or UC50 form.

You might be able to get ESA if you have difficulty working because you’re sick or disabled. This is called having ‘limited capability for work’.
Appealing Benefit Decisions
